All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization which can obtained over the phone by calling (480)
775-7245. Items returned without pre-approval will be refused & sent back to you at your cost.
There are no refunds after 30 days.
Authorized return of unopened boxes with sails
still unfolded will be fully credited less any shipping costs.
Boxes that have been opened will have to be inspected for completeness to determine eligibility for resale. If returned complete and unused, in new resalable condition a credit will be issued with a
20% restocking fee applied, and less shipping costs incurred by us.
Items returned that have evidence of use will not be eligible for any credit.
Damaged or defective goods will be replaced
upon receipt of authorized return. A shipping label will be provided for your
return.
