These large, fabric structures share the same features and benefits as smaller Tension Canopies or Shade Sails including architectural as well as artistic, functional and economical.

The larger Tension Structures do have unique requirements due to their size.

• All large tension structures projects are subjected to extensive & intensive engineering reviews and restrictions – all performed by our Certified Engineering Team.
• Engineering requirements are based on IBC (International Building Codes) and specify cable strength, footing details, building anchor procedures, wind load calculations and soil reports. City Planning & Permit Assistance is a service offered. See Engineering Services
• Frames and Footings for support columns are of particular engineering focus on these large structures.
• All materials used are significantly upgraded for large structure wind loads and extreme tension situations. Industrial strength fabric, special reinforced corners, all hardware & cabling, attachment mechanism are all strictly specified.
